HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is hiring a Builder Termite Technician (Maintenance) to join our field team in Florida. You will provide excellent customer service, perform termite treatments on new construction, and collaborate with homeowners to explain services and options.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. A valid driver's license is required, and you can obtain termite technician licensing with company support and training.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners.
• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day
• Present a professional, tidy appearance including company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products
• Obtain pest control Registered Technician credentials
• Attend pest & termite control training classes
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Complete home drawings of treatment area and provide to office staff
• Keep customers informed about the service
• Stay motivated and focused while working independently

Responsibilities

As a HomeTeam Builder Termite Technician, you can expect to:

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials
• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Complete home drawings of treatment area and provide to office staff
• Keep customers informed about the service
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently

Perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied. They are typically on construction sites and must be aware of all safety protocols.

Qualifications
