Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a Termite Technician (Maintenance) to service homes along a route, diagnose termite issues, and deliver outstanding customer care. You will maintain a professional appearance and rely on company training to grow your skills.

No experience is required; training is provided. A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain termite licensing are required. Competitive pay with solid benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain termite technician licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Maintain a professional appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and upsell as needed.
• Obtain termite technician credentials.
• Attend company training classes regularly.
• Submit legible service tickets to office staff.
• Complete termite home drawings and provide to office staff.
• Keep customers informed about the service.
• Work independently while staying motivated.

Responsibilities

As a HomeTeam Termite Technician, you can expect to:

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials
• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff
• Keep customer informed about the service
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently

Termite Technicians perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied. They are typically on construction sites and must be aware of all safety protocols.

Qualifications
