Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a Termite Technician to service homeowner routes on-site. You will diagnose pest issues, present a professional image including company truck and uniform, and optionally expand services with homeowners.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; you must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and obtain termite technician/pest control licensing with company support.

Qualifications

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials
• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Complete home drawings (termites) and provide to office staff
• Keep customer informed about the service
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Termite Technicians perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied
