Reece USA is seeking a Builder Support Representative Level I to assist the Outside Builder Sales team throughout the sales cycle. You will solve problems, track and create orders, communicate backorders, schedule deliveries, troubleshoot issues and help with billing discrepancies.

The role involves most customer interactions by phone or email; strong communication and collaboration with vendors and project teams are essential."

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required.
• 1+ years in customer service in a complex sales cycle.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Assist Outside Builder Sales team in the sales cycle.
• Resolve customer issues by phone or email and provide updates.
• Track orders, create orders, and manage backorders in Eclipse/Salesforce.
• Schedule deliveries, troubleshoot issues, and assist with billing discrepancies.
• Enter Service Now tickets for maintenance or technical issues.
• Coordinate deliveries with project managers and superintendents.
