Reece USA is seeking a Builder Support Representative Level I to support the Outside Builder Sales team in order tracking, backorder management, and delivery scheduling. This role emphasizes problem solving, effective communication, and timely follow-ups with customers and vendors.

The position requires an associates degree or higher, 1+ year in customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required.
• 1+ years in a customer service role for a complex sales cycle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist Outside Builder Sales team in the sales cycle and add value to create customers for life.
• Track orders, backorders, and communicate ETAs to customers and writers.
• Schedule deliveries, coordinate installations, and assist with billing discrepancies.
