Qualificações

• Associates degree or higher required.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role for a complex sales cycle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Outside Builder Sales team in the sales cycle, adding value to create customers for life.
• Track orders, create orders, communicate backorders, schedule deliveries, troubleshoot issues, assist with billing discrepancies.
• Answer phones and emails; provide updates; coordinate deliveries with project managers.
