CARE-Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Construction Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across a defined territory in Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland.

You will build lasting client relationships, perform site assessments, and create accurate quotes while working with an established brand to maximize commissions. The role offers a base wage during training and a commission-based path thereafter.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in residential construction sales or estimating.
• High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
• Proven digital proficiency with laptops, tablets, CRM platforms, and MS Office.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable revenue growth and expand market share within a defined territory.
• Run allocated leads promptly following defined sales processes.
• Perform site assessments to build precise, profitable project quotes.
• Sell core product lines to meet or exceed territory targets.
• Capture customer recommendations in final quotes and coordinate with production/installation teams.
• Create and execute localized marketing plans to generate high-quality leads.
