Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a organized Landscape Construction Project Manager in Tucson to oversee landscape construction and enhancement projects from start to finish. You will coordinate schedules, communicate with customers and crews, and ensure projects are on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has experience in landscape construction, project coordination, scheduling, customer service, and Excel. Aspire experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management, construction, landscaping, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and schedules.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to organize and track project information.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to read and understand project plans, scopes of work, and estimates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage landscape construction and enhancement projects from initial planning through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the project to provide updates and address questions.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers, Branch Managers, Crew Leaders, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Review project scopes, plans, proposals, and materials to ensure work meets specifications.
  • Track project costs, labor, materials, and overall progress.
  • Use Excel to maintain project schedules, budgets, tracking, and reports.
  • Monitor timelines and identify delays or issues.
  • Schedule materials, deliveries, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
  • Ensure crews have materials, equipment, and information to complete projects.
  • Assist with change orders and enhancement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and communications.
  • Collaborate with management to address challenges and develop solutions.
  • Ensure projects are completed professionally and to company standards.

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee landscape construction and enhancement projects from start to finish. This position is responsible for coordinating schedules, communicating with customers and crews, tracking project progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape construction, project coordination, scheduling, customer service, and Excel. Aspire experience is a plus but is not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage landscape construction and enhancement projects from initial planning through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure crews, materials, equipment, and subcontractors are coordinated efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the project to provide updates, address questions, and resolve concerns.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers, Branch Managers, Crew Leaders, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Review project scopes, plans, proposals, and materials to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
  • Track project costs, labor, materials, and overall project progress.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to maintain project schedules, budgets, tracking spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays or issues before they impact completion.
  • Schedule materials, deliveries, equipment, and subcontractors as needed.
  • Ensure crews have the necessary materials, equipment, and information to complete projects successfully.
  • Assist with change orders, additional work, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, estimates, purchase orders, work orders, and customer communications.
  • Work with management to address project challenges and develop solutions.
  • Ensure projects are completed professionally, efficiently, and according to company standards.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of project management, construction, landscaping, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and schedules.
