Job summary
Fortune Brands Innovations, home to Moen, is seeking a Business Development Manager for the single-family builder segment in North Carolina and parts of South Carolina. This field-based, remote role partners with national and regional builders to grow market share and influence product selection throughout the homebuilding process.
Travel is expected at 20-30% with a company vehicle provided. You will collaborate with Territory Managers and national accounts to align strategies and drive strong
Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Proven ability to build and grow relationships with national and regional builders.
- Ability to read markets, identify trends, and convert them into growth opportunities.
- Experience advising customers and influencing product specifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead Moen's single-family builder business across North Carolina and parts of South Carolina.
- Build trusted relationships with builders to protect existing business and grow market share.
- Develop regional market strategies to drive builder conversions and exceed sales goals.
- Influence product selection and support builder design center programs.
- Partner with Territory Managers to strengthen relationships and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with national accounts to turn opportunities into regional growth.
- Develop fact-based proposals using market insights to influence decisions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Coach the team to identify market growth opportunities and drive business growth.
- Represent Moen at customer and industry events across the region.
