Job summary

HGC Construction in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety while building strong teams and client relationships.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, 8+ years of PM experience, mastery of Procore and MS Office, and OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience managing large, complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and other construction management software; OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Own project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management.
• Develop and maintain understanding of project plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, Project Engineers, and project teams; collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project documentation using Procore and other project management tools; identify risks and implement proactive solutions.
