Job summary

Crane Pest Control Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to provide exceptional pest control services in Buckeye, Arizona. This position requires no prior experience as training will be provided. Candidates should be 18 or older, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities include timely arrival at job sites, performing termite treatments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position also offers competitive hourly pay between $20 and $22 along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub‑contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed
