HomeTeam Pest Defense in Phoenix, Arizona is looking for dedicated individuals to join as Pest Control Technicians. This entry-level position involves various responsibilities, including installing systems in new homes, performing termite treatments, and providing exceptional customer service to homeowners.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. Competitive pay ranges from $20 to $22 hourly, along with a benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) match, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders and subcontractors.
• Submit legible, clear, and accurate service tickets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners.
• Maintain pest control license and knowledge through seminars.
• Must be able to work Saturdays as needed.

• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
