Job summary

Rollins, Inc. is hiring for a technician position in Phoenix, Arizona. As part of HomeTeam, you’ll install pest control systems, provide exceptional service, and maintain your required licenses. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $20 to $22 hourly, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, has a high school diploma or GED, and possesses a valid driver's license. We provide training, and you will have opportunities for professional growth in a friendly and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
