Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Builder Channel Account Support Specialist to join our team in the United States. Responsibilities

• Provide back up support to Supervisor and Manager.
• Assist in semi-custom management and training for team members.
• Resolve load concerns using OTM knowledge and issues.
• Manage invoicing and third-party payments for orders.
• Lead order entry and pricing discussions with customers.
• Coordinate with MasterBrand Operations team to ensure timely delivery.
