Job summary

RT. Moore in Indianapolis is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to manage job setup, billing, and data accuracy across Great Plains and intranet systems.

You will communicate with superintendents, client builders, and the RTMC team to ensure alignment on timelines and scope. The role is on-site, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $21–$23 per hour and benefits including medical, vision, disability coverage, paid holidays, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Mastery of Microsoft Suite plus Internet and email.
• Ability to use Great Plains and Supply Pro; experience a plus.
• Ability to gather all relevant information to make accurate decisions.
• Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate project details to all parties including RTMC superintendents, client builders, and RTMC production.
• Deliberately ensure all parties share a similar perspective and understanding of expectations, timelines, and scope.
• Consistently keep in contact with all parties throughout the duration of each project until it is completed successfully.
• Set up new projects including billing/financials, piece rates, job sheets, and paper files.
• Double-check data input into Great Plains, intranet, and other systems.
• Input scheduling data and updates into the intranet.
• Follow up on missing information to set up new starts accurately before project begin.
• Customize job sheets for builder upgrades, including billing, piece rates, and contracts.
• Audit each project folder for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide pricing information to production for extra purchase orders.
• Follow through on variances to ensure builder payments.
