Job summary

Russell is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support multiple construction projects from setup through closeout. You will assist the project team, manage Timberline and Procore, and track change orders, submittals, and invoices to maintain project timelines.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in construction project coordination, strong MS Outlook/Word/Excel skills, and the ability to learn industry software. This on-site role supports teams across the Midwest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of experience as project coordinator in construction preferred.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of or ability to learn industry-related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to project team including Project Executive, Project Manager or Project Engineer.
• Set up projects in Timberline and Procore and manage these systems.
• Create and maintain project directories and communications within the team.
• Coordinate submittals, RFQs, meetings, and ensure timely documentation.
• Assist with project closeout documentation and reporting.
