Hubbard Supplyhouse seeks a Builder Account Support Specialist to join our family-like team in Cornelius, NC. You will support builder accounts, ensure accurate orders, track timelines, and coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, order processing, or admin roles.

Responsibilities

• Builder support and coordination with builders, technicians, and internal teams.
• Track product availability, job timelines, and lead times to meet deadlines.
• Enter and update project data, orders, and changes accurately.
• Maintain builder accounts with spreadsheets and internal databases.
• Resolve delivery issues with suppliers and customers.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
• Follow procedures and ensure cross-department alignment.
