Atlanta Flooring Design Centers Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a dedicated Account Representative - Production to maintain strong relationships with builder accounts and coordinate flooring installs for homes under construction.

You will manage orders, communicate with customers and installers, and contribute to a fast-paced team focused on deadlines and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, process and schedule new flooring installs for accounts; reconcile purchase orders for products chosen for install.
• Prepare accurate work orders with install products, labor, and notes for installers.
• Communicate with internal and external customers; re-prioritize tasks as needed.
• Access and organize online portals per customer requirements.
• Work as a team and engage in ongoing training as directed by management.
• Maintain weekly open order reports and follow up on purchase orders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Details: Job Location: Charlotte - Charlotte, NC 28216, Position Type: Full Time, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Customer Service, TheAccount Representative - Production is responsible for maintaining positive andprofessional working relationships with assigned builder accounts; remains in constant contact with internal and external customers to facilitate flooring installs for homes under construction. This positionreports to the Account Manager. Candidates for this position should thrive on meeting constant deadlines, multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the flooring industry is not a requirement but highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, process and schedule all new flooring installs for assigned accounts; includes deciphering customer design selections and reconciling purchase orders for products chosen for install
• Key work orders with high level of accuracy, providing all install related products, labor and notes for flooring installers
• Heavy internal & external communication; responses required in a timely manner with ability to constantly re-prioritize task lists
• Access and organize online portals as necessary per customer requirements
• Ability to work as a team, including willingness to engage in continued training as recommended by management
• Maintain open order reports weekly, requiring follow up with customer for requested purchase orders and revisions
• Other duties as assigned
