Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in financial services or sales is a plus.
• Licensing (SIE, Series 7/66) or licensing path will be required; ongoing training provided.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs to create personalized investment strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging environment based on trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
