Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a financial advisor candidate to build a practice through comprehensive training, licensing, and hands-on branch support. You will learn to serve clients with tailored investment solutions while collaborating with a wide network of advisors and regional teams.

You’ll be compensated with trainee pay and a supplemental salary for up to five years, plus potential commissions and new-asset incentives. This role offers a strong path to independence and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services and/or sales experience.
• Licensing such as SIE/Series 7/66 required or obtainable during training.
• Commitment to ongoing regulatory and ethics standards.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' needs to create personalized strategies to help them achieve goals.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experience and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to implement and monitor the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging environment in the branch with mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.
