Job summary

Sysco Auburn WA is seeking a Build Operations Manager to oversee receiving, staging, inventory, and deliveries of BUILD materials for projects and installs. You will work with BUILD Sales, Project Managers, Installer Managers, and Customer Service to ensure deadlines and safety compliance across all BUILD projects.

You will lead drivers and warehouse colleagues, maintaining organized workspaces, coordinating materials, and restocking per mobilization, while enforcing company policies and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (required).
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in managing warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, staging, inventory, and deliveries of BUILD materials.
• Supervise drivers and warehouse staff; ensure on-time dispatch.
• Coordinate with BUILD Sales, Project Managers, and Customer Service to meet project deadlines and safety policies.
• Utilize SAP for warehouse management and record retention processes.
• Plan, direct and monitor a wide range of operational tasks.
