Job Description

Remote: This position does not require on-site presence full-time and allows for permanent off-site work. Regular territory visits to dealerships in Houston, TX, are required.

Relocation: This role may offer relocation benefits. GM does not sponsor immigration for this position; do not apply if you require sponsorship now or in the future.

Role Overview

The District Sales Manager (DSM) manages and engages Buick dealers in Houston, fostering relationships, supporting marketing initiatives, customer retention, product displays, financial analysis, and training to ensure dealer success in selling GM products.

Responsibilities
  • Act as liaison between GM and dealerships
  • Develop and maintain partnerships
  • Provide mentorship and support to meet sales goals
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback
  • Assist with product launches and marketing
  • Ensure dealer personnel training compliance
  • Manage dealership inventory and analyze sales data
  • Identify revenue opportunities and increase sales
  • Support customer issue resolution
  • Travel regularly within the designated region
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years automotive sales/customer service experience
  • Willingness to travel 100% and relocate within the U.S.
  • Legal ability to operate a vehicle; company vehicle provided
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $94,800 - $151,400, with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, vehicle discounts, and more.
