Job summary

Massanutten Resort is seeking a Buffet Attendant to assist with buffet food prep and service duties under the Sous Chef, including cleaning and refilling buffet items at pasta bar and carving station while upholding food safety and sanitation standards. Expect 32–40 hours per week with potential overtime; work Saturday through Tuesday (seasonally adjusted).

The role requires familiarity with buffet-style operations and being at least 18, with about one year of food and beverage experience

Responsibilities

• Uphold standards of conduct, cleanliness, and food display and preparation quality, sanitation, and safety
• Restock and maintain buffet area
• Serve food at pasta bar and carving station
• Assist with daily maintenance, cleaning, and operational tasks in kitchen
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain restaurant equipment, utensils, and tools
• Load/unload trucks picking up or delivering supplies and food
