Job summary

Miraval Berkshires is seeking Buffet Attendants to uphold service standards across the breakfast and lunch buffets, supporting the F&B and Culinary teams to deliver guest experiences that exceed expectations. This role requires energy, attention to detail, and adherence to basic foodservice safety.

Responsibilities include setting, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness, assisting with cold prep, and ensuring proper labeling and storage of all items.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills for genuine, fluid communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to work extended hours on your feet.
• Ability to carry up to 25lbs at one time.
• Knowledge of food safety a plus.
• Availability must include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buffet area cleanliness and setup before/after service.
• Set buffet stations to standard and on time using training aids.
• Stock shelves with clean, dry plates, bowls and service ware.
• Stock buffet items during service and assist the hot line as needed.
• Break down buffet and store equipment properly after service.
• Prep buffet items for following service with culinary team.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of all food products.
