Responsibilities

• Prepare food to Crescent standards following recipes and portion controls.
• Start ahead items and manage par stocks for smooth service.
• Rotate perishables and ensure proper storage and temperatures.
• Check pars, determine prep needs, and assist in buffet stocking and line setup.
• Return unused items to proper storage, date and cover perishables.
• Help control food costs and reduce waste per Crescent standards.
• Operate and clean all listed kitchen equipment.
• Be reliable and available to work regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
