The role focuses on maintaining temperatures, adhering to production guides, and delivering clean, safe, and tasty food to guests while providing friendly service.

Responsabilités

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills items to Golden Corral standards for quality.
• Ensures fried products are always fresh and hot.
• Restocks items at the Display Cooking Station when Buffett Attendant is unavailable.
• Assists guests with carved meat options when the Carver is unavailable.
• Uses the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
• Maintains correct temperature during cooking, holding, and serving.
• Uses production guides to inventory hot cook products.
• Performs opening and closing administrative procedures.
• Maintains equipment according to the Maintenance manual.
• Rotates and restocks food by FIFO.
• Takes inventory with Manager at shift start and end.
• Ensures Hot Cook area and smallwares are clean.
• Keeps dishes clean and checks cleanliness before use.
• Follows local health department laws.
• Keeps Char Grill clean and sanitized for quality.
• Ensures Hot Choice Buffet products and Display Cooking products are always hot and fresh for guests.
• Maintains professional communication with guests at all times.
