Job summary

Golden Corral, through its franchise partner Jax, LLC, is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as a Cook. You will be responsible for hot buffet production, ensuring quality, quantity, tastiness and freshness according to Golden Corral standards.

You will grill, stock, rotate using FIFO, maintain clean work areas, and assist guests with carving and display stations while upholding safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.
• Restocks and rotates food products using FIFO.
• Maintains correct temperatures during cooking, holding and serving.
• Assists guests with carved meat options when Carver is unavailable.
• Keeps buffet area clean and sanitary per guidelines.
• Delivers hot and fresh products to guests and maintains professional communication.
