Job summary

Vitall Partners seeks energetic individuals to join our Golden Corral franchise team as a Food Production team member. You will prepare hot buffet items, including carving and display cooking, and grill to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality and freshness.

You will also maintain cleanliness, follow production guides, monitor temperatures, and assist guests with carved options while upholding service standards and FIFO inventory practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in buffet or food prep is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately.
• Strong attention to food safety and sanitation.
• Good team player with friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking items, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.
• Maintains freshness and proper temperature of fried products.
• If the Buffet Attendant is unavailable, assists with stocking at the Display Cooking Station.
• If the Carver is unavailable, assists guests with carved meat options.
• Follows the buffet production system to maintain quality and shelf life.
