Job summary

Golden Corral is seeking a Buffet Attendant to support hot buffet production, grilling, and display cooking. You will ensure hot, fresh items and follow established recipes to maintain quality and shelf life across the hot cook area.

The role involves restocking at the Display Cooking Station, assisting guests with carved options when needed, and performing opening/closing duties in line with health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking products, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.
• Ensures that every fried product is always fresh and hot.
• Restocks items at the Display Cooking Station when needed.
• Assists guests with carved meat options when the Carver is unavailable.
• Maintains FIFO inventory and monitors shelf life per Production guides.
