Qualifications

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking products.
• Grills all items according to Golden Corral standards.
• Keeps fried products hot and fresh.

Responsibilities

• Maintains correct temperatures during cooking, holding and serving.
• Restocks and rotates food using FIFO.
• Takes inventory with Manager at shift start and end.
• Keeps Hot Cook area and smallwares clean; ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Performs duty roster and ensures cleanliness, service and quality standards.
• Follows local health department regulations.
• Maintains display and grill areas to ensure product quality.
• Delivers friendly guest service with professional communication.
