Golden Corral is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as cooks for the Hot Choice Buffet. The Cook is responsible for the quality, quantity, tastiness, and freshness of all buffet products, focusing on speed, cleanliness, organization, and product specifications.

Responsibilities include preparing Hot Choice Buffet items, grilling to standards, restocking at the Display Cooking Station, and assisting guests with carved meat options when needed.

Qualifications

• Food preparation according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Maintains temperature and quality of Hot Choice Buffet items.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking items.
• Grills items to Golden Corral standards for quality.
• Restocks items at Display Cooking Station when needed.
• Assists guests with carved meat options when Carver is unavailable.
• Follows FIFO inventory and monitors shelf life.
