Responsibilities

• Prepare Hot Choice Buffet items according to Golden Corral recipes.
• Grill items to Golden Corral standards.
• Keep fried items hot and fresh.
• Restock items at Display Cooking Station when needed.
• Assist guests with carved meat options when Carver unavailable.
• Maintain buffet production quality and shelf life.
• Ensure correct temperatures during cooking and holding.
• Open/close administrative procedures.
• Restock and rotate food using FIFO.
• Keep kitchen clean and sanitary.
• Follow CSQ duties and health department rules.
