This part-time role emphasizes compliance, safety, and a welcoming environment. The position involves assisting customers, recommending products, and operating a POS system while maintaining accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Extend a warm and professional welcome to customers, attentively listening to their preferences and needs.
• Offer expert insights and personalized product recommendations based on usage scenarios.
• Educate customers about advantages, effects, and safe consumption methods of cannabis products.
• Uphold a neat and visually enticing store environment with well-organized displays.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product releases, and regulations to provide accurate information.
• Efficiently manage cash transactions and use the POS system for sales processing.
• Adhere to all company policies and state/local regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, customer-centric work atmosphere.
• Support the Management Team in store activities, including checkouts and cash handling.
• Embrace other duties as assigned to ensure a cohesive team dynamic.
