Responsibilities

• Maintenance of fund control point ceilings for numerous analysis accounts across all appropriations.
• Establishing and/or changing fund control points within IFCAP and FMS systems.
• Inputting initial fund control point ceilings and loading additional ceilings on a quarterly basis.
• Maintaining Fund Control Point delegation of authority memorandums.
• Reviewing TDA's, distributing funds to proper fund control points in IFCAP and FMS.
• Moving funds among control points to reflect adjustments and ceiling increases.
• Reconciling manual records of ceilings with FMS Status of Allowance and AACS monthly.
• Auditing fund control point records and assisting control point clerks and officials in reconciling accounts.
• Distributing Status of Allowance Reports and other documentation; responding to routine budget inquiries.
• Assisting in budget formulation by compiling and consolidating funding data.
