Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-9 level.
• Education substitutions: Ph.D. or 3 years grad education with transcripts.
• Combination: equivalent mix of grad education and specialized experience with transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Perform budget formulation, justification, execution, and monitoring for organizational programs.
• Prepare annual budget estimates and analyze funding requirements.
• Track obligations and expenditures and ensure accurate accounting.
• Apply federal budget regulations and appropriations requirements.
• Coordinate with program managers, fiscal personnel, contracting officials, and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Act as COR for R&D contracts and liaison with vendors for equipment or supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
