• Lead workload distribution and balancing within the Accounting Team.
• Make day-to-day adjustments to meet priorities.
• Provide training and on-the-job guidance to staff.
• Monitor progress, address problems, and report to supervisor.
• Assist in setting up procedures and monitoring systems for daily workloads.
• Serve as contact for Chief of Accounting for workload assignment.
• Support in peak periods and special accounting projects.
