Bachelor Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields from an accredited college or university.
Four (4) years of direct experience implementing a new software system or an upgrade of an existing system for a governmental entity.
Knowledgeable of budget business processes.

Work is performed in an office environment. May be required to work at a desk or other work station for prolonged periods; and constant attention to detail is required. Ability to concentrate with frequent interruptions and general office noise is required.
