Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business management, public administration, or related field.
• Two years of progressively responsible administrative, fiscal, personnel and management experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget, supplemental funding, and asset management teams; set work plans and monitor workload.
• Develop and administer department budgets; review forecasts and expenditures.
• coordinate grant funding, reporting, and compliance activities with leadership.
• Provide guidance to executive staff; prepare staff reports and participate in goal setting.
• Analyze financial operations and revenue projections; adjust budgets as needed.
• Represent the department with other City divisions and external partners.
