Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Candidates without a degree should have four years of related experience.
• Fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and administer the division budget.
• Analyze historical costs and project future financial needs; prepare annual budget.
• Handle accounts receivable functions and invoicing.
• Process accounts payable and verify expenditures.
• Enter data and generate financial reports.
• Provide audit and QA/QC of procurement and accounts payable processes and train divisions.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Conduct internal reviews to ensure compliance with budget and policies.
