Job summary

You will manage accounts payable and receivable, perform data entry, and produce financial records. Internal reviews and audits ensure compliance with policies, procurement, invoicing, and payment processes are handled efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field required.
• One (1) year of related experience preferred.
• Candidates without a related degree should possess four (4) years of related experience.
• Fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains division budgets, analyzes costs, and projects financial needs.
• Handles accounts payable/receivable functions and reconciles payments.
• Performs data entry and generates financial reports and ledger reconciliations.
• Conducts internal reviews and audits to ensure policy compliance and QA/QC.
• Oversees procurement processes from requisition to invoicing to payment.
