Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Financial Manager to support the 96 TW at Eglin AFB, FL. You will prepare program budgets, forecasts, and financial documentation, analyze data, and provide recommendations on funding and scheduling.

This role requires adept use of automated financial management systems and an active DoD security requirement. Responsibilities include creating fund management materials, supporting BER/IBR/PMR reviews, and ensuring accurate records across procurement and POM

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to Obtain and Maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an applicable discipline.
• Up to 3–10 years of relevant experience (levels vary).

Responsibilities

• Prepare program budgets, reports and financial documentation.
• Perform budget forecasting, variance analysis and earned value management (EVM).
• Identify discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.
• Develop funds management documentation and financial control models.
• Generate financial briefings for BER, IBR, PMR and related reviews.
