Torch Technologies seeks a Financial Manager SME at Eglin AFB, FL to lead budgeting, forecasting, and EVM activities for DoD programs.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. This full-time role offers strong benefits and ESOP participation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an applicable discipline
• Level1–Level4 progression with relevant experience as described

Responsibilities

• Prepare program budgets, reports, and financial documentation; analyze data and recommend solutions to funding and budgeting challenges.
• Perform budget forecasting, variance analysis, execution reporting, schedule analysis, and EVM assessments; provide recommendations to the program office on budget, schedule, and EVM matters.
• Use automated financial management systems for data analysis, reporting, and decision support.
• Compile division-level financial materials for metrics, audits, management internal controls, self-assessments, and routine reporting.
• Generate reports on approved, deferred, and released funds; identify and correct posting errors in financial records.
• Prepare funding documents such as Purchase Requests and MIPRs per FM policy and regulations.
• Provide quick-turnaround funding drill assessments and support ad-hoc reporting requirements.

• Provide quick‑turnaround funding drill assessments and support ad‑hoc reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Hiring at multiple levels.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in an applicable discipline.
• Level1: Bachelor's Degree in an applicable discipline.
• Level2: Bachelor's or Master's Degree and up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Level3: Bachelor's or Master's Degree and 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Level4: Master's Degree and over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Additional experience may be substituted for education with customer approval.
• Ability to Obtain and Maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
