Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of program control/financial analysis experience on DoD/government contracts.
• Experience with FFP, Cost Plus, and T&M contract types.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, EACs, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint and Cognos BI.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and large data analysis.
• Ability to communicate cost, schedule, funding, and forecast impacts to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support financial management and program controls for DoD/government contracts (FFP, Cost Plus, T&M).
• Plan, monitor, and track expenditures, funding, budgets, and performance versus requirements.
• Set up and maintain projects, charge structures, budgets, and funding authorizations in Costpoint.
• Develop and analyze budgets, forecasts, and EACs with Program Managers.
• Conduct monthly cost/status analyses and variance reporting.
• Monitor funding, burn rates, and cost risks; communicate issues to leadership.
• Prepare cost status reports and financial deliverables for internal and government customers.
• Support contract reviews; provide data, forecasts and recommendations.
• Validate invoices for accuracy and proper contract charging.
• Assist with FAR/DFARS compliance and reporting requirements.
