Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Southeastern Ohio is seeking a Budget Analyst to ensure effective financial management across the organization. You will create and analyze budgets to support strategic decision making, monitor expenditures, and forecast needs to optimize costs.

The analyst also oversees grant spending and assists with grant close-out reporting, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial activities.

Qualifications

• 2 years accounting or financial analysis experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in public/business administration, accounting or finance.
• Proficiency with budgeting, monitoring expenditures, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests, including grants.
• Prepares reports on budgets, revisions, and performance.
• Monitors budgets and notifies leadership of significant variances.
• Oversees grant spending and assists with grant close-out reporting.
• Ensures compliance with funding requirements and internal controls.
