Job summary

Penn Line Service, Inc. is seeking a Bucket Operator to assist with clearing and removal of trees along electrical power lines and right-of-ways. The role involves operating a bucket truck, cutting with chainsaws, pruners, and brush chippers, and may require climbing trees.

A minimum of 6 months of verifiable bucket experience is expected. CDL is preferred; pesticide license beneficial but not mandatory. The position requires travel across multiple states including PA, MD, OH, VA, and WV.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months verifiable experience trimming from a bucket and/or bucket operation in utility line clearance or residential tree clearance settings.
• CDL license/valid driver license preferred.
• Pesticide license beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate an aerial lift (bucket truck) to reach branches near electric lines.
• Assist with clearing and removal of trees along power lines and rights-of-way.
• May climb trees using climbing equipment when required.
