Job summary

Principal Mineral Holdings is seeking a Manager, Business Unit Finance to partner with Camden Copper and Conductive leaders, building scalable finance processes and providing disciplined financial stewardship.

You will own planning and analysis, lead budgeting/forecasting, and drive improvements in cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation. This role requires hands-on modeling, clear communication, and a practical, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, business finance, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to Camden Copper and Conductive leaders.
• Lead analysis of revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow.
• Develop and maintain reporting that provides visibility into key operational and financial drivers.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, working capital, and cash generation.
• Lead the annual budget and rolling forecast processes for the businesses.
