Job summary

Hope Autism Clinic in Cordova, TN is seeking a Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BCBA) to support children with Autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This role offers daytime hours with both full-time and part-time opportunities, integrating with our caring team and families to help children reach communication and learning goals.

You will record session data, monitor progress, and collaborate with BCBA consultants and the treatment team to implement individualized

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Successful background clearance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Successful background clearance.

WHAT WE PREFER

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Enthusiasm for working with children.
• Has obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
