Job summary

Hopebridge in Thompson's Station, TN, is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to impact kids with Autism. The role focuses on skill acquisition, communication, and school readiness under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, and will work Monday through Friday on-site. Pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, with on-the-job RBT certification support, a $75 annual professional development stipend, and robust benefits

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Work with children to develop functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
