Job summary

Hope Autism Clinic in Nashville, TN seeks a BT/RBT to teach children with Autism Spectrum Disorder using ABA, working directly with families. You will track session data and support individualized goals while assisting with clinic activities and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Applicants should be 18+ with a High School Diploma and successful background clearance. RBT credential preferred and prior experience in autism services is a plus.

Salary Range: $16.00 To $18.00 Hourly

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the Hope Autism Clinic to teach children with ASD using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education.
• Successful background clearance.

WHAT WE PREFER

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field.
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Enthusiasm for working with children.
• Has obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
