Hope Autism Clinic in St. Louis, MO is seeking a School-Based BT/RBT - Behavior Technician on a part-time schedule. You will work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, applying ABA principles to teach and support early communication and learning goals in a clinic setting.

• Work with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals.
• Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
• Model professional appearance and attitudes.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field.


• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.


• Enthusiasm for working with children.


• Has obtained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
